Broadband Data Deployment Act

Hey, look, I might just get broadband in my area by 2010. ^_^ While it took an act of Congress to get phone coverage for rural areas, it looks like this bill might get rural areas the chance for broadband and possibly improve data rates for everybody. About time really. Meh.

Back to paper of doom. A page and a half to go!!

Probably. If I'm still living out here in 2010, I need to check my priorities. :> Of course this bill only works if its been put into law...
