Oh, it's been released!
The Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire teaser trailer
This is the large size trailer. It's good, oh so good! And, of course, such a damn tease!!! The link is from The Leaky Cauldron website. Thanks!
I caught most of the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets showing on ABC and they had a little behind the scenes footage for the Goblet of Fire. It just looks like an awesome movie!!
And, they premiered The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe trailer during the showing of Chamber. Oh! It looks good! Very good! I hope it stays good when it gets released this December. (We have to go see that movie,

Thanks to
cleolinda for the link!
In other news, I had purchased the Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell audiobook last week. And I'm on disc eight at the moment... But that book is a bloody tease! It was a little dry at first, then when it followed Mr. Norrell it got more interesting. But, they kept referencing Jonathan Strange...and I wanted to hear more about him. But the lesser characters were done so well as well. Stephan Black's(sp?) character, the man with thistle-down hair, Lady Pole...all very intriguing. And this book, with all the footnotes, is like a history book. I adore it. All the background history... ^_^
I just got to the point (around chapter 23-24?) where Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell meet. I kept thinking, "How will they ever get along? With Mr. Norrell persecuting any other 'magician'..." But the end of the chapter, I was smiling.
*happy sigh* It's a good time to be a fan.

Date: 2005-05-08 11:04 pm (UTC)The Narnia teaser, not so much, but I think I saw an orc somewhere in there. ^_^ Lucy looks a bit young, though. I can't remember how old she was supposed to be in the book. On that site, it asks "Is Narnia the next LOTR?" From what I've seen, no. LOTR was aimed at a more mature audience, for one thing. I doubt Narnia will stand up the the sheer awesomeness of LOTR. But it should be a fun movie.
Now I feel like reading The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe again, but I'm not sure if I want to read it now or wait until after I see the movie.
