As we get closer to book 7, [livejournal.com profile] metaquotes has many posts about it. And some of them are pretty good, along with the icons used in the comment threads. I'm sure the community will be quite sick of all of the posts by the end of it.

The Top Ten Words That Should End Harry Potter 7

The non-spoilerific ending of Book 7 - If you're worried, this is truly non-spoilerly. Punctuation!

Yay!!! Movie 5 tomorrow!!!!

This is I believe the best [livejournal.com profile] metaquotes post I've read in a while.

Movie Guy voice for a romance movie..?

The comments are full of awesome. ^_^

[livejournal.com profile] mwerevu!!! In case I don't get ya soon on IM, Neil Gaiman has put up a StarDust website here.

And random thought of the day: I like XML. You can make up your own tags.

(Not that I'm doing anything with XML right now. :P )

And here's a cake with programming on it. From: [livejournal.com profile] metaquotes.

So, remember the post I made about the show and tell spider thread on [livejournal.com profile] metaquotes?

Yeah. So, today I got shown a brand new spider post at work on the same community. It's hilarious. But, OMG, do NOT google huntsman spiders unless you have to share the terror with your coworkers/friends/family of how HUGE and FLAT these spiders are. (Though the original post that was quoted does have a picture of the spider in the comments.)

The post? Is here. And it truly is hilarious. Just don't click on the comment thread about clock spiders. Seriously.

And we also learned at work that Antarctica is not any better on their spiders. To see proof, either google or visit wikipedia about Sea Spiders. (Two Feet! Huge fucking spiders.)

Why oh why?

Why! Why do I read the comment threads for the spider quote posts on [livejournal.com profile] metaquotes? I should definitely know by now its pretty much an excuse for a spider picture show and tell thread.

(And for those who want to know, it's this post.)
