All right!
More City of Heroes images have been put up at my gallery. Everything from Eden on is new.
And now, some amusing City of Heroes NPC chatter from Faultline.
[NPC] Arachnos Drone: I think Sands is just paranoid.
[NPC] Wolf Spider Assault: Well, he IS an Arbiter.
[NPC] Arachnos Drone: True.
[NPC] Wolf Spider Assault: I've heard there's a lot of bad blood between him and Nocturne.
[NPC] Arachnos Drone: She is one scary psychob-...
[NPC] Wolf Spider Assault: Watch your words! She can have us killed.
[NPC] SWAT Officer: You realize that's a small car, right? How did you even FIT in there?
[NPC] Scrounger Chopper: Well, maybe one of us wasn't wearing a seatbelt and maybe he was. I'm not saying anything until a lawyer arrives.
Which, btw, the above was one of The Lost. Hehehehehe. Though Scrounger Choppers are not as big as the Headman Blasters usually (aka the TV head peoples).
[NPC] Wolf Spider Huntsman: What say we go grab a hero later and toss him off a cliff? Just make sure it's a super speeder.
[NPC] Wolf Spider Assault: Change in plans! Looks like we're going to smash some skulls after all. The goody two-shoes are here.
[NPC] Mad Freak Buckshot: Underneath all this metal, I'm a businessman. Now do right by me.
[NPC] Wolf Spider Assault: Well, I won't be extorted by some metallic psychopath in makeup. If you think those strong-arm tactics are going to work, think again. Do you even KNOW who Lord Recluse is?
[NPC] Wolf Spider Enforcer: I was TALKING here! I thought heroes were supposed to be POLITE!
This next section is where you take on an Elite Boss Arbiter Sands. I truly believe he was based off of Agent Sands from Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Which is why I enjoy this character so much. Also, check out his todo list I posted in the image gallery. I believe its on page 11.
[NPC] Arbiter Sands: Now this is absolutely bothersome.
[NPC] Arbiter Sands: You've harmed me. Again. This won't do.
[NPC] Arbiter Sands: You are beginning to vex me.
[NPC] Arbiter Sands: I say that to very few people.
[NPC] Arbiter Sands: Most of them are dead now.
[NPC] Arbiter Sands: Normally, I'd teleport to safety now, but that is, sadly, not possible at the moment.
[NPC] Arbiter Sands: Well. This is an unfortunate turn of events.
Also, damn Captain Castillo for taking out Arbiter Sands before I could in the last Faultline mission.
I must say though, playing a scrapper has been damn fun. I'm taking Elite Bosses on much easier than with my archery blaster. And yay for Double XP weekend coming up. I'm totally going to get both the scrapper and hopefully the archery blaster much higher in level.
Oh, and yes, before y'all tell me, I know about Microsoft/Squeenix announcing that Final Fantasy XIII will be released on the XBox360 here in the US. But that's after they finish the PS3 version. Also it's only FFXIII being ported and not Final Fantasy Versus XIII, which is the whole reason I'm going to get the PS3 for anyways. :P
