DST Annoyance

So, Daylight Savings Time starts in just a few hours and here's some helpful information to update some computer devices since this is different than the usual DST.

For people with Palm devices:

I had to manually change my Windows setup since I'm running an older OS that's no longer supported by mainstream support. ^_^;
