Well, things weren't going well today anyway

My cat, well one of four, developed something last week. As of this week, we still don't know what it is, but antibiotics seemed to have helped since he's a lot more alert and active. But now he's developed something else on the pouch-like area he has near his hind legs, so I have to take him into the vet tomorrow morning. A lot of fur is missing that was there last evening.

There went my money for this paycheck. I love my cat. It's just a very unexpected expense when right now I just don't have the reserves (savings and credit) that I had a month ago. I just hope that I have enough cash on me to pay the bill. My credit card is at the limit still, though I sent a payment off today.

*sigh* That's today for me. Really.

You may want to ask the vet if they have some type of payment system. Even if they defer the payment a couple of weeks, you'll have another paycheck by then.
