Cupcakes!!

Cupcakes! Today! Must happen!!

(At the very least this week! Why, Food Network, did you do a cupcake Good Eats episode and now a wedding cake challenge?!)

Well, that's my plan for today. Cupcakes and starting Wind Waker. :P

Workings of a cupcake

Ahahaha, so cupcakes are actually kinda messy. I mean making them. I knew they could be messy eating them.

They're strawberry cake with chocolate frosting. Not bad really. Its just frosting them turned out to be really messy. Really, really messy. And I'm clutzy as well so I'm amazed I didn't drop any on the floor.

And I got a small burn when I checked the cupcakes with a toothpick to make sure they were done, and accidentally pulled my hand up too high. Yeah, I was stupid enough not to pull the cupcake pan out of the oven enough to check them. *sigh* Well, I'm learning. :P I don't bake all the time. :P

But, they are delicious and I have a looooot of them. Lots. Like twenty of them.
