Picture Picture

Hmm, does anyone know how to capture pictures off of an .avi? I usually just turn the video acceleration down to the lowest on Media Player then take a capture with SnagIt but it's not working this time. I'm not sure why its not working now.

Any ideas?

ETA: I think the Xvid codec is causing some problems with that. Video with the Windows Media Video 9 codec still allows caps to be taken. *shakes fist*
