*sneaks by*

Hmm, not supposed to be here updating my journal at the moment, since bed is calling... But ah well. ^_^

This is mainly a post to say, well, I'm hip deep in school right now and I hardly get any time during the week to actually do anything more than read a few livejournals. I'm still not caught up on metaquotes, so I'll be horrendously behind again by this weekend again.

The A-kon swag post will have to wait for just a bit longer. It's still all in bags anyway, except for the Kingdom Hearts trading figures. (I found my mochi though!)

Finite Math is not bad, but time consuming. When I get home, I have to start taking the almost daily quiz by 10pm so I can be in bed by 12am. It doesn't always happen but I'm trying. These quizzes give an hour to work them, which means I'm ending it 2-15 mins before it finishes counting down. In the case of today, where I had to take the quiz twice to get above 70%, and this has happened before already, it takes roughly two hours.

I'm hoping my test that I took Monday ended up passing. I can't tell, because half of it was electronic and the rest was free response. That part won't be graded until tomorrow. Here's hoping though!

Other quick news: A-kon was ok. I got to see the travelling Lord of the Ring movie trilogy exhibit at the Natural Science museum with sarcastic_elf. It was fun! It's so neat to see all the props they used and the outfits. Really nice level of detail.

I've been tagged! Guess I'll try to work on that tomorrow after the quiz. ^_^

I have the sneaking suspicion that these Kingdom Hearts trading figures are becoming chess pieces. They have the symbol for what side they belong to (a Mickey Mouse symbol or a Heartless symbol) then a symbol on the back that looks like a pawn (for the Shadows), a king's crown (for Sora), etc. If so, these are some big chess pieces and will need a board with larger squares to accompany them.
