*pokes school*
May. 30th, 2005 11:25 pmWell...
Project: A-kon is approaching (this weekend!) and summer school starts tomorrow. And so the packing madness begins!
Noooo!
I had to take a break today so that my wrists/forearms stopped aching mostly. So, I am definitely going to the doctor after A-kon to have them looked at. It's been a gradual progression of achiness this year, but after Anime Central, it's a bit too much. Matter of fact, they're still a little achy right now. *pokes forearms*
Summer school is one class of Finite Math. Which I would not be taking as I skipped it the first time since it wasn't required...but since Texas switched basic core requirements while I was in school, and I took a year-long break, I have to take it now. Bother. But, it is a way for me to get closer to that far away goal of graduating! Woo!
I leave for A-kon on Thursday! It should be fun. I plan on buying custard mochi and different flavored ramune. And of course, more books. ^_^ Then after that, I get a Saturday off, which I'm going to use to view the Lord of the Rings exhibit that's here. Yay!
*eyes icons* I think I'm going to be changing my icons out soon.... Well, some of them anyway. ^_^
ETA: Well, after meeting with my counsellor, I found out that Finite isn't a core requirement but an IST requirement. And it wasn't originally a requirement for me since when I was taking my maths, I had Electrical Engineering as a major. That major had maths going up to Technical Calculus 2 (which I did pretty okay in). So, yeah switching majors made the Finite requirement happen (and make me have 13 classes that are useless now...yay).
