Warm Again and Year End

Well, that's Texas for you. Freezing one week, the next week it's 70 degrees. Below normal temperatures to above normal temperatures. Figures.

Well, the year ends today and a lot of good things and a lot of bad things has happened. Unfortunately, a lot of bad things keep piling up lately. *sigh*

Some of the best good things was getting a TimeTurner for my birthday (thanks again sarcastic_elf!) and the fabulous annoucement of the next Harry Potter book. And seeing Prisoner of Azkaban on IMAX and the big screen several times. ^_^ Hearing that my mom got out of surgery okay. Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Extended edition.

Having two of my siblings get married this year. (My sister in October and one of my brothers in December.)

Anyways, have a safe and happy new year. And if you drink, don't drive. Have someone else drive for you. There are indeed people out there who don't like drinking or the taste of alcohol. (I know I don't.) ^_^

Now, if I can get my room cleaned up and all the books off of the floor and desk, that would be a good thing. ^_^

Plus, this is the only day where I can say "See you next year!" to someone I'll be seeing tomorrow. The best part of this day.
