Small Things That Are Vaguely Annoying?

Dear Viz,

Regarding D.Gray-Man character Lenalee: If you cannot decide how to spell Linali/Lenalee's name between volumes, make up your bloody mind. It is rather telling when in volume three page 154 has the spelling Lenalee, then on page 155, which by the way is a facing page to 154, the spelling is back to Linali.

Yeesh. I hope that was fixed in subsequent print runs. I can adjust from Linali in volume one to Lenalee in volume two, as I suspect managaka input or they realize they have it wrong, but it shouldn't revert from one spelling to another in four panels in the third book. Though that seems to be the only time in the book it did so.

Uh, also, when did Allen get his jacket back? He didn't have it in one chapter and the next, he had it again. But they're still fighting Road. Though I was highly amused when he declared that he was a clock and the girls' reaction to that. And I'm really liking Lenalee (or Linali. Actually I like that spelling better).

Yeah, the creator did't give the official spellings until a later volume in one of the answer/questions sessions (with Kanda). It would be nice if they went back and corrected it in later pritings, but wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.

I know that Tokyopop does correct spellings in later print runs if they notice it or its brought to their attention. I hope Viz does the same. I just think that even the typesetters recognized the mistake but couldn't do anything about it. It on pages facing each other. :>

Um, I think if we get to meet up on Monday, you'll be getting all your D.Gray-Man back. I'm on vol. 09 right now. I, uh, stayed up late reading because the volumes kept cliffhanging and I wanted to see what happened to Allen and yeah. I finished vol. 07 and realized what time it was. >_> It's really good. I'll have to dig up all the episodes now and try to watch them. I have plans to read some more books first though. :>
