I'm having this insane urge to mess with a database. One nice thing that was working at a mail-order site was that I worked with an Access database with a SQL backend quite often. And now that I have some knowledge of SQL, I want to keep that knowledge up.

I need a SQL server. I want to start working/building databases again. Nothing too complex. Just simple stuff to get me going again and then I'll start working on the harder stuff.

So instead, I'll go work on converting fics to documents to put on my Palm.

(Hmm, making a lot of posts tonight... Well, more than one at least.)

If you really want more experience with databases, I could get you involved with my CDMI project. Several of the activist groups I am involved with are trying to pool their resources to build a shared database and I'm sure they would love more help.
