Okay, before I take on the final chapter of this game, I have to make some commentary first. Of course, major, major story spoilers are within the cut.

You know how disturbing it is to hear Hojo's mad scientist voice while looking at this hot guy? Very wrong. Erg.
Oh but was that a huge story chunk. All those teasing bits put together into a nice coherent package. Hojo taking over Weiss' mind after he spread himself across the networks is just 'wha..?' inducing. He must not have taken Weiss' mind over completely since I doubt Hojo knew how to fight like that.
And then Nero interferes after you beat Hojo down, and asks Weiss to join together with him. And to go join with him afterwards. Him being Omega I assume, since after they join, Weiss staggers over to the Lifestream and disappears. Figures that they would be the trigger to bring out Omega.
Then, story, story, story. Btw, do you know that Vincent's dad makes an appearance in this game? Grimoire Valentine. And he dresses rather like Vincent does now.
Now onto fighting Omega.
