Movies, movies, movies!
School is finished! ...for the fall.
I took my last final tonight and now it's finished. I believe I did pretty well on it and if not well, then decent. I got a horrible headache though right now. Now I get to see if there are any books that I want to sell back. ^_^
And last weekend I watched two movies, one of them for the second time.
Well, I saw Narnia on Friday. I rather liked it. It was definitely very good and I liked the soundtrack.
sarcastic_elf and I tried to find the CD on Saturday but found out that it wasn't released until the 13th. I liked the actors for the kids and the White Witch. But man, that battle outfit she's wearing... The headdress? It's made from Aslan's mane! The White Witch is hardcore! And it was pointed out with the eye makeup and everything that she was emulating a lion. Wow. Nice way to either rally or demoralize the enemy's troops.
I liked the talking animals. I didn't think so when I saw the trailer but it turned out awesomely. And I probably didn't read this book because I just can't remember or not. I may have convinced myself that I have and in reality I didn't. Isn't the mind great that way?
Anyways, I plan to watch this movie again soon. Besides seeing another movie in which Liam Neeson dies in. There seems to be a trend, isn't it? No! Qui-Gon!
And then on Saturday I got to see Goblet of Fire in HUGE! (Also known as IMAX.)
This movie definitely ranks up in the "Yay! I like it!" list. So far, I like it better than Narnia right now, but I think that's partly because of seeing the story instead of reading/listening to it. And the fact that I love a lot of the actors in the movie. And I like the new actors for the Triward tournament. Although, I still think of Mad Eye Moody's actor as the sarcastic sheriff from Lake Placid. ^_^
I think seeing it in HUGE is awesome for the the very short Quidditch World Cup sequence (yay Bulgaria!) and all the action sequences. And for noticing all the little details that you might miss before (but that could also work for seeing another time). But it was awesome and I shall see it again before it leaves theaters.
Now it's onto seeing King Kong this Friday. Which I saw a

trollprincess remark about it: Imagine Titanic, if none of it had sucked. ^_^

So, the boat sinks?
You know, I completely missed that WW had made her headdress out of Aslan's mane.
