A game company that tended to take really long on releasing a game but they did that so they could make the release the best they could. They did a really awesome job of releasing Lunar Silver Star Story and Arc the Lad and Growlanser (which I still need to get that actually).

Yeah, I believe they did. I remember a coworker bringing that by when they bough it. I need to go get it myself before it disappears. :>
