Hellsing!
Hellsing volume five just came out. And boy is it good!
Two favorite quotes so far:
Re: Invasion of the British command center where Integra and other British officers command their forcers. Vampires bust in, officers show their true colors, and then:
Integra: Butler. Do your work.
Walter: Aye. My lady.
And - Imagine that there's an invasion about to happen. The men are raring to go, and then a general says:
Now if everyone would consult their handbook... Their English Invasion Landing Operation Seelöwe 2 Handbook. Please direct your attention to page 3, London Explodes!! Fearsome Battle Vampires.
The scene right there is really funny. The this and volume four of Hellsing has been really bloody. I mean, really. If this was in color, I think it would use up the red at the printers. And I still love Integra. She has everything in control and if she doesn't, it soon will be.
(Also this has to be one of the few series in which I like a "regular" couple in fanfics. ^_^ Alucard and Seras... Maybe because they're vampires.)
Volume seven just came out this month in Japan. English volume six is due out in March. And Kohta Hirano takes a year or more between releases. Oh the wait is going to kill me.
Though I wonder how the hell the Hellsing ancestor managed to subdue Alucard for the family's use.
