I love the one with the hand sprinkling chocolate sprinkles on a doughnut and a Mr Miyagi-type voiceover saying something like "When you can put on all sprinkles without even one dropping, only then will you be ready."

And the politically incorrect one with the worms tasting like honey glazed chicken and vice versa (too hard to explain, bah.)
