Flying away again
Oct. 26th, 2004 05:59 pmSorry I've not been updating, but that's par for course now if you visit this LJ much. ^_^ Its been uninteresting in the "holy crap! Five conventions in three weekends?! I have to go order books!" way. Whew!
Hmm, on Thursday I shall be flying to San Francisco. Although we will have a car there (we're flying to Oakland and driving to San Fran), I don't think I will be seeing many land marks this time. The person who usually goes with us isn't this time due to her other job. But we'll probably visit the Fisherman's Wharf and maybe, just maybe, Ghirardelli Square. Definitely Japan Town and Kinokuniya. We'll probably be visiting and eating there often.
Well, I started this entry and now its much later. Damn you Law and Order!! I was getting a drink and my mom was watching it and it just sucked me right in! Good episode too. Thought they had one guy convicted then they figure out it was the wife! Good ep.
Though this weekend should be interesting (besides all the books and driving in a different city). California is two hours behind us. And Halloween is when Daylight Savings Time ends. I'm going to be so messed up with I get back. It always takes me awhile to acclimate to time changes like that. Grr.
But! If I have time before I leave, I shall put up a recipe here for dirt pudding! Wooo!
